What happened after Food Paradise?
The Food Paradise episode "Crunch Time" featured Gelso & Grand, spotlighting its house-made pastas and wood-fired brick-oven pizzas served at the corner of Mulberry and Grand streets in Manhattan's Little Italy. Gelso & Grand is an upscale-casual Italian restaurant offering indoor, outdoor, and private dining options, according to a Yelp listing for the business. A direct 2026-09-08 check of the restaurant's own website (gelsoandgrand.com) returned an access-blocked response rather than page content. However, a Yelp listing for the restaurant, updated in July 2026, showed nearly 3,000 photos and more than 1,600 reviews accumulated for the business, indicating Gelso & Grand remains active, per Yelp.
