What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise (Travel Channel) featured Nue's street-food-inspired global menu in the episode 'Street Eats,' which aired February 25, 2018 and included an appearance by the restaurant's co-owner, according to IMDb. Nue is an Asian Pacific American-owned restaurant on Seattle's Capitol Hill, and Eater Seattle has described its cooking as internationally inspired street food blending Asian, Latin, and other global influences. Since the episode, the business has continued operating at the same 14th Avenue address under the name Nue. On 2026-09-08, the restaurant's website carried the tagline 'Global Cuisine & Craft Cocktails,' listed an active reservation and pickup/delivery ordering system, and advertised private events and catering. No closure notice, relocation, or ownership change was found for the Capitol Hill address as of that date.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
