According to Oldham County KY Tourism, One Nineteen West Main continues to operate at 119 West Main Street, listing hours of 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily, extended to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
The restaurant previously won TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence from 2013 through 2018 and was inducted into TripAdvisor's Hall of Fame in 2018. A September 2026 check of the restaurant's listed web address, onenineteenwestmain.com, found it no longer resolving to the restaurant's site.
