What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Pablo's Tacos & Beer in Indio, California for the 'Cruisin' Coast to Coast' episode, which aired July 29, 2022, highlighting the restaurant's Mexican menu of tacos, breakfast plates, and drinks. Pablo's operates on Jackson Street in Indio, in the Coachella Valley, and its own website describes it as a spot for 'authentic Mexican cuisine, refreshing drinks, and sports viewing.' According to pablostacosnbeer.com, the site's server last modified the page on May 31, 2026, and the site lists Saturday hours of 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. along with breakfast, main, and drink menus.

The page's copyright line still reads 2024, an older figure that was not updated along with the May 2026 server change. A Google Places business record checked on September 8, 2026 separately lists Pablo's Tacos & Beer as operational at the same Jackson Street address. No closure, relocation, or ownership change has been reported for the business since the episode aired.
