Ristorante Orsini is an Italian restaurant at 16700 Bayview Avenue, Unit 1, in Newmarket, Ontario. Its episode of Restaurant Impossible: Last Call (Food Network), the spin-off of Restaurant: Impossible (Food Network) hosted by chef Aarón Sánchez and Toronto restaurateur Jen Agg, was titled “Back to Tradition” and aired 2026-09-03.

The problems shown: Food Network's series page summarized the episode as an Italian immigrant who must face empty tables and shrinking pension funds. A yidio.com listing added that the owner believed large portions and full plates would bring customers in, while the empty tables and dwindling retirement savings showed otherwise, and that Agg and Sánchez stepped in to help.

Background: The restaurant's website names Mike Ingrosso as owner and chef and James Charman as head chef, and describes a family-owned restaurant serving Italian dishes and chef features that change with the season and availability. Bradford Today's business directory lists Ingrosso as returning to Newmarket with the restaurant, bringing back his former head chef, after being known in the town from 1991 to 2005 for La Spiga Trattoria.

On 2026-10-19 the restaurant's website listed the Bayview Avenue address and a phone number, and weekly hours: lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, dinner only on Saturday and Sunday, and closed Monday. The page invited visitors to inquire about holiday parties and private gatherings and offered event space and catering. The site's logo image file path shows an upload in January 2026. A Google Maps listing for the address showed the restaurant as operational the same day.
