What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise's "Open 24 Hours" episode featured Seoul Taco, the Korean-Mexican fusion concept that started as a food truck in St. Louis, Missouri, built around bulgogi-marinated meats served taco- and rice-bowl-style. According to Wikipedia, Seoul Taco is a Korean-Mexican fusion fast-casual chain originally from St. Louis, and by April 2024 the chain operated nine locations across the Missouri and Chicago metro areas. Seoul Taco's own website, checked on 2026-09-09, listed a University City, Missouri location at 6665 Delmar Boulevard with current hours running 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, according to seoultaco.com.

The site also offered online ordering, catering, a rewards program, and a dedicated food-truck locator, according to seoultaco.com. The site's own tagline, "Korean Meets Taco. Since 2011," matched the founding year implied by the chain's long-running operation, according to seoultaco.com.
