What happened after Food Paradise?
Stella's Kentucky Deli appeared on Food Paradise's Sandwich Heroes episode (S16E4), which spotlighted the deli's made-to-order sandwiches. The business operates from a downtown Lexington, Kentucky location, offering breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, and catering built around ingredients sourced from local farmers, according to stellaskentuckydeli.com. The deli promotes that farm-to-table sourcing on a dedicated "Our Farmers" page of its site, according to the same source. Its website also carries the tagline "Kentucky Farm Fresh" and notes that a 20% service charge has been added to every order since April 13, 2022.
A review of stellaskentuckydeli.com on 2026-09-08 found current 2026 copyright dates, listed Sunday hours of 9am to 3pm, and an active online ordering system, according to the restaurant's website. Google Places also listed the business as operational as of the same date.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
