What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Taqueria Molcajetes in Santa Rosa for the episode "Regional Recipes," which aired 2018-12-14, spotlighting the restaurant's molcajete-style dishes and regional Mexican recipes drawn from Guadalajara and Michoacán traditions. The taqueria, run by owners Zacarias Martin and Dionicia Valdovinos, offers dine-in, patio seating, and take-out on West College Avenue in Santa Rosa. According to a Yelp listing updated 2026-03, the taqueria has 381 reviews and remains active at the same address. Sonoma County Tourism also lists the restaurant among its current dining recommendations. The restaurant's own site, taqueriamolcajetes.shop, loaded on 2026-09-08 but displayed only a one-page splash screen rather than a working menu or posted hours, so the Yelp listing is treated here as the more reliable signal of ongoing operation.
