What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise's "Hotel Hot Spots" episode featured The Attic, the fine-dining restaurant at Salish Lodge & Spa overlooking Snoqualmie Falls in Snoqualmie, Washington. The historic lodge atop the falls has long paired its restaurants with waterfall and mountain views for overnight guests and day visitors. In the first half of 2025, the lodge converted the former Attic restaurant space into guest suites as part of a renovation project, according to Hotel Online. A Google Places listing marks The Attic at Salish Lodge as permanently closed.
Checked on 2026-09-09, the lodge's website no longer referenced The Attic by name and instead promoted dining under "The Restaurant at Salish Lodge & Spa," according to salishlodge.com. Yelp's page for a separate outlet, The Lounge at Salish Lodge & Spa, showed reviews current through September 2026, according to Yelp.
