What happened after Man v. Food?
Man v. Food's Duluth, Minnesota episode (S7E9, aired July 9, 2018) brought host Casey Webb to The Breeze Inn for the Pig's Trough Challenge — three slices of homemade pie topped with four scoops of vanilla ice cream and toppings, per Wikipedia's Man v. Food episode guide. The Breeze Inn is a family-owned bar and grill on Jean Duluth Road in the Lakewood area, known for its Juicy Lucy burgers, homemade soups and a Friday fish fry, according to the restaurant's own website. The business's website continues to promote its Man v. Food appearance and, as of 2026, lists current weekly hours (Tuesday–Sunday) and describes itself as still family-owned. The Breeze Inn also won the Spotlight and People's Choice awards at the Northland Newborn Foundation's Savor Du Nord fundraiser in 2022, per the restaurant's own account of the event.
