What happened after Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares?

The Granary was a restaurant on Whiteley Lane in Titchfield, near Fareham, Hampshire, owned by Nigel Nieddu, when Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares (Channel 4) aired its episode on 2007-12-18. According to Wikipedia's episode list, the restaurant had been rebranded from an exclusive club, had lost customers and had a weak local reputation. Its exotic menu was hard for the kitchen to deliver, and Nieddu, who had no restaurant management experience, found criticism and delegating difficult. The chef, Martin, was shown working with troubled teenagers alongside his kitchen duties.

What the rescue changed: Ramsay moved the restaurant to a simpler British menu, gave Martin more control of the kitchen, and hosted a community food fair, per Wikipedia's episode list.

The relaunch and revisit: The list says Martin struggled with the numbers at the reopening and discipline in the kitchen slipped. By the revisit, customer numbers were steady, and Martin was leaving to set up a cooking workshop for troubled teenagers, funded by a government grant.

The Caterer reported on 2008-01-14 that a fire had badly damaged the restaurant, that police and fire officers were investigating the cause, and that Nieddu was on a business trip in Spain when it happened; the article noted that the restaurant had appeared on Ramsay's program shortly before Christmas. The Portsmouth News reported on 2018-05-15 that the fire at The Granary on Whiteley Lane took place on 2008-01-12 and that a man had been charged in connection with it. On 2018-09-05 the Portsmouth News reported that a man had admitted arson over the fire at Portsmouth Crown Court, that the building was destroyed, and that about 25 staff lost their jobs.
