The Kings Arms is a village inn with two en-suite guest rooms on King Street in Scalford, near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. TVmaze's listing for the Channel 5 episode (series 18, episode 2, aired 2023-10-17) describes owners Mark and Michael, who had run the pub for nearly two decades with little to show for it, and says Alex Polizzi urged them to reach beyond their comfort zone, starting with the garden. The Wikipedia list of Hotel Inspector episodes lists the episode and gives no synopsis. A Google Maps listing gives the address as 7 King Street, Scalford, Melton Mowbray LE14 4DW, and the pub's website title describes it as a rustic and cosy B&B in Scalford.

The pub's own website (kingsarms-scalford.co.uk), viewed on 2026-10-19 and showing a last-modified date of 2026-10-13, advertises a five-course Halloween dinner at £45, with a wine pairing at £25 extra, and a Bonfire Night event on Thursday 5 November 2026 with fireworks and food, at £10 for adults, £5 for children aged 5 to 16 and £20 for a family ticket.
