What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited The Roost in the 'Sammies and Spice' episode (aired 2017-11-10), where Guy Fieri sampled the restaurant's craft sandwiches and California-inspired shareable plates. The Roost is a restaurant and whiskey bar on Longmont's Main Street, opened by four friends who relocated from California and built the menu around locally sourced Colorado produce, according to the restaurant's website. Ten percent of profits and merchandise sales support pet adoptions, per the same source. A website check on 2026-09-08 found current listed hours (Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 10 p.m.) and a working online ordering system. Yelp's listing for the restaurant, updated September 2026, showed 977 reviews and no closure notice. OpenTable's page for The Roost, also current in 2026, listed the restaurant as bookable for reservations.
