The tavern served Southern comfort food at 11760 River Road in St. Rose, Louisiana, on the site of an earlier restaurant also called St. Rose Tavern. According to the St. Charles Herald Guide (2022-06-12), general manager Ron St. Pierre announced the restaurant's permanent closure, citing staffing shortages, supply-chain disruption, and rising costs following Hurricane Ida's landfall on 2021-08-27.
