What happened after Best Thing I Ever Ate?
The episode showcased a classic, hand-crafted cocktail built table-side, in keeping with the Velvet Tango Room's reputation as a Prohibition-style cocktail lounge with no printed drink list. The bar has built its identity around bartenders who create drinks to order based on a guest's preferences rather than from a fixed menu. According to the bar's own website, checked 2026-09-07, Velvet Tango Room currently runs an online reservation system and maintains a dedicated hours-and-location page for guests planning a visit, along with a reservations email address. A specific subpage listing current hours could not be independently loaded during this check, so exact current hours were not confirmed beyond what OpenStreetMap listing data shows for 2095 Columbus Road.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
