Wilson's Holy Smoke BBQ operated as a barbecue restaurant on Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut. According to Triple D Life, the restaurant closed permanently on August 31, 2016, with the closure first announced on the business's Facebook page. Yelp's listing for the business, updated September 2026, continues to mark it permanently closed. No successor business or reopening has been reported at the Post Road address.
