What happened after Food Paradise?
66 Diner appeared in the episode "Route 66" (S12E2), which featured this Albuquerque, New Mexico diner for its retro, Route 66-themed setting and classic diner menu. The restaurant sits at 1405 Central Avenue NE, on the historic alignment of Route 66 through Albuquerque, and runs a Cruiser Club membership program for regular customers. According to the restaurant's own website, 66diner.com, checked 2026-09-09, the page displays a 2026 copyright year and lists current hours running from 11:00 a.m. on Thursday through Sunday, closing at 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. depending on the day, alongside a working online ordering option. Those combined signals, a current copyright year, posted hours, and an active ordering system, support that the diner remained open at the time of this check. No independent third-party source was reviewed to corroborate the finding.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
