In 'Complete Pushover,' Willie Degel installed hidden cameras inside 90 Park, a North Bergen restaurant whose owner was warned she stood to lose her home if the business kept failing. The title spells out the diagnosis: an owner too easy on her staff, letting service standards slide and expenses run unchecked because she would not enforce consequences. At the staff meeting, Willie laid out what the cameras had caught and pushed the owner to start holding her crew accountable, tighten cost and service controls, and stop treating pushback from staff as a reason to back down.
He returned later to see whether she had held the new line.
