What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode featured Andrae's Kitchen's food-truck cooking, which grew out of one of the first mobile food trucks in the Pacific Northwest. According to Great Northwest Wine (2015-11-10), Andrae's Kitchen began as a food truck in 2009 and opened a permanent spot inside a Cenex convenience store in 2012. The business later relocated to Main Street and operated as AK's Mercado / AK's Food Truck & Catering. A Yelp listing for Andrae's Kitchen was updated in May 2026 and marks the business permanently closed, consistent with a Google Places record showing the same business status. The business's website (andraeskitchen.com) returned an HTTP 200 response on 2026-09-08 but displayed no readable page content.
