What happened after Food Paradise?
Baker Miller appeared in the 'Donut Shop' episode as a Lincoln Square bakery that milled its own flour in house, a practice its owners, the Millers, adopted after leaving the bakery Bang Bang Pie & Biscuits to gain more control over their baking process, according to Block Club Chicago. Block Club Chicago reported on 2023-01-11 that after about ten years as Baker Miller, the shop had narrowed its menu and rebranded as Miller Bagel at the same Lincoln Square address. The business's website, titled Bagel Miller Bagels & Sandwiches when checked on 2026-09-08, carried a 2025 copyright and listed Friday hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a note that its garden patio was open. The same site offered catering and private-event rentals in addition to its regular bagel and sandwich menu.
