What happened after Food Paradise?
On Sandwich Paradise 2: The Upper Crust (2012), Jerry's Sandwiches, Spirits & Music was featured for its build-your-own sandwich menu, which lets diners choose from well over 100 bread, meat, and topping combinations. The restaurant operates in Chicago's Lincoln Avenue corridor, pairing its extensive sandwich list with a full bar and live music, a combination that sets it apart from a typical sandwich counter. A site check on 2026-09-08 found jerryssandwiches.com live with a working online ordering system and a news section teasing seasonal menu additions such as a crab burger and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Google Places separately lists the Lincoln Avenue location as operational, and together with the live, actively updated website, the evidence indicates the restaurant remains open under its original build-your-own concept.
