What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode Classic Combos featured Biscuits + Groovy, an Austin breakfast and brunch spot specializing in biscuits and gravy, serving the dish since 2010, according to the restaurant's own website. Biscuits + Groovy's site lists multiple Austin locations, including one in Hyde Park at 4301 Duval St with hours of 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. daily; the Google Places record used for this entry instead gives a Barton Springs Road address, a separate location not shown in the site's page sample pulled for this check. A September 9, 2026 check of gravyisgroovy.com found the site live with an active online ordering system, according to the restaurant's own website. Google Places lists the business as operational. No independent news coverage or third-party listing describing a closure was found for either location in the evidence gathered.
