What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise featured Bolton's in the episode 'Hot & Spicy Paradise 2,' highlighting the Nashville hot chicken and fried fish that built the restaurant's reputation. The business is a Nashville hot chicken restaurant on Main Street in the city's East Nashville area, currently doing business as Bolton's Famous Hot Chicken & Fish rather than the 'Bolton's Spicy Chicken and Fish' name used on the show. The restaurant's own website, boltonsfamous.com, was last modified on 2026-08-21 according to the site's server headers, with no ordering widget or dated copyright notice present on the page checked. The site's continued, recent updates are the only available indicator of current operation; no additional news coverage, social media confirmation, or independent listing with a date could be located to corroborate it further.
