What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise featured Don's Seafood in the episode 'Hot & Spicy Paradise 2,' spotlighting the restaurant's Cajun-style preparations of Gulf shrimp, crawfish, catfish, and oysters, served in dishes such as gumbo and etouffee. The location is part of a Louisiana seafood restaurant chain with roots dating back to 1934, according to a Yelp business profile for the Denham Springs location. the original listing listing gave the city as Baton Rouge, but the address matched by Google Places places the restaurant in Denham Springs, a suburb within the Baton Rouge metro area. A direct check of the restaurant's own website, donsseafoodonline.com, returned an access-denied response and could not be used as evidence. Yelp's listing for the Denham Springs location, updated June 2026, shows current photos, reviews, and hours consistent with the restaurant remaining open, though no additional independent source could be located to corroborate it.
