What happened after Food Paradise?

"Chowin' Down the Mississippi River" (S15E3) built a tour of river-city eateries around Butcher & The Boar's wood-smoked meats, pairing the smokehouse fare with a deep beer and cocktail list. The restaurant operates as a smokehouse and bar in Minneapolis's North Loop, with a menu spanning dinner, dessert, a dedicated char bar, and a seasonal patio for outdoor seating. According to the restaurant's own website, checked on 2026-09-08, Butcher & The Boar listed current hours running Thursday through Sunday and an active online-ordering system for take-out and delivery, alongside pages for private dining, gift cards, and events. Google Places listed the business as operational on the same date. The site's happy-hour and spirits-and-wine-list pages were also live at that check, consistent with regular ongoing service at the North Loop location.
