What happened after Food Paradise?

"Chowin' Down the Mississippi River" (S15E3) featured Brazen Open Kitchen's scratch-cooked menu on its Dubuque stop along the river. The restaurant describes itself, on its own website, as an open scratch kitchen built around fresh, locally sourced ingredients, operating in downtown Dubuque at 955 Washington Street. According to the restaurant's own website, which returned a server last-modified date of 2026-09-08, Brazen Open Kitchen listed current hours running Tuesday through Saturday from 4:30 p.m. and an active online-ordering system, alongside pages for reservations, its in-house food programs, and private events.

Google Places listed the business as operational as of the same date, consistent with the live website and ordering system. The site's navigation also included dedicated pages for its team, its story, and careers, indicating an actively maintained web presence rather than a dormant placeholder.
