What the source shows: Cafe Pacific's own site (cafepacificdallas.com) is live with current hours, a running limited-time menu promotion, and a 2025 OpenTable Diner's Choice badge, consistent with continued operation in Highland Park Village. How we decide a status →

What happened after Best Thing I Ever Ate?

On "Ice Creamy", Cafe Pacific featured its seafood-forward menu, served inside Highland Park Village, the upscale open-air shopping center that sits between the Dallas neighborhoods of Highland Park and University Park. The restaurant pairs seafood and steak dishes with what online reviewers describe as a casual-elegant, unpretentious dining room, distinct from the more formal steakhouses nearby. A direct check of the restaurant's own site (cafepacificdallas.com) on 2026-09-08 returned an HTTP 403 response rather than page content, but a Yelp listing updated 2026-07 shows the restaurant listed with current hours and contact information at the Highland Park Village address, and search results independently found the restaurant's own hours-and-location page reachable with the same posted schedule, consistent with continued weekly service.
