Is Cane Rosso Still Open? Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives Update (Dallas, TX)
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Season 14 Dallas, Texas
Current status
As of October 2026, Cane Rosso is listed open on canerosso.com, reviewed by our team on September 21, 2026; not yet independently confirmed through direct contact.
What the source shows: Re-checked Sept 2026: the White Rock page did not render text on direct fetch (JS-heavy site), but OpenTable lists "Cane Rosso - White Rock Restaurant - Dallas, TX" as active and a dedicated Facebook page (Cane Rosso White Rock) is live, consistent with the prior Sept 2026 confirmation. What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured Cane Rosso in the 'Big Time Flavor' episode, aired 2012-04-30, highlighting the Dallas pizzeria's wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pies. Cane Rosso is a pizzeria with multiple Dallas-area locations, including one on Gaston Avenue near White Rock Lake. According to the restaurant's own website, checked 2026-09-08, the White Rock location's page returned an active status with a working online ordering widget tied specifically to that address. The page did not display a posted copyright year or other dated content beyond the functioning order tool, but the ordering link itself was live and location-specific rather than a generic placeholder page. No separate closure or relocation notice for the Gaston Avenue address was found on the business's site.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
