What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise's 'Taste of the Town' (S10E7) featured CARS: Sandwiches & Shakes, a Ramsey, New Jersey sandwich shop built around Fat Sandwiches, loaded burgers, mac-and-cheese bites, and milkshakes, according to Alignable. Two brothers opened the restaurant at 114 E Main St in 2008, according to Alignable. Since the episode, the business appears to have rebranded: Yelp's listing for the 114 E Main St address, updated June 2026, identifies the operator as CARS Eatery rather than CARS: Sandwiches & Shakes, according to Yelp. The business's own website, carseatery.com, likewise lists a CARS Eatery location page for Ramsey, according to carseatery.com.
Google Places also records the 114 E Main St address under the CARS Eatery name with an operational status, according to Google Places. A direct check of the site on 2026-09-08 returned an HTTP 403 error, so this check relied on the third-party listings above rather than the live page.
