The Indiana Farmers' Dairy Bar has operated at the fairgrounds since 1941 and is run by the American Dairy Association Indiana, according to the organization's own site, winnersdrinkmilk.com. Hoosier Ag Today reported on May 20, 2026, that the Dairy Bar planned two new items for the 2026 fair: a Big Dill grilled cheese and a blue raspberry milkshake. Fox59 reported that the 2026 Indiana State Fair ran August 7 through August 23, with the Dairy Bar's ten windows open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily except Mondays. The association told Fox59 it expected to sell about 70,000 milkshakes during the fair's run.
