What happened after Best Thing I Ever Ate?
On 'Brilliant Barbecue,' an episode of Best Thing I Ever Ate (Food Network), the show featured Dinosaur Bar-B-Que's smoked barbecue at its Harlem, New York location. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que began as a roadhouse-style barbecue joint and has since grown into a multi-city chain with locations in Harlem, Rochester, Syracuse, Troy, and Hamburg, New York. The restaurant's own website, dinosaurbarbque.com, checked on 2026-09-07, carried a 2026 copyright notice, listed current menus and allergy information for each location, and offered active online ordering and catering booking.
