What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise's 'Brew and Chew' episode (S15E2) featured Hangar On The Wharf, a pub and grill on Juneau's Historic Merchant's Wharf that highlights Alaskan king crab alongside a rotating list of drafts on tap. According to the business's own website, it has served the Juneau waterfront for 30 years. On 2026-09-08 the site (hangaronthewharf.com) listed current hours of Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., along with an employment page and a 'find a table' contact form; that form's phone number and email address were placeholder text (555-555-5555 and [email protected]) rather than the business's real contact details. The site's welcome banner describes it as 'where the locals go.' Google Places lists the business as operational at 2 Marine Way #106, Juneau.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
