What happened after Food Paradise?

The 2012 episode "Hamburger Paradise 2: The Double-Decker" featured Heart Attack Grill, a hospital-themed restaurant on Las Vegas's Fremont Street known for triple- and quadruple-patty "bypass" burgers, weigh-ins for customers, and a menu built around exaggerated indulgence. The restaurant had operated at that Fremont Street location, inside Neonopolis, for about fifteen years. Fox5 Las Vegas reported on May 19, 2026 that Heart Attack Grill shut its doors there, and according to the business's own website, it "will not be renewing its long term lease," citing pricing pressure from nearby casinos. In a follow-up report the next day, Fox5 Las Vegas quoted owner Jon Basso saying he intends to reopen the concept elsewhere, though no new operating location has been confirmed. Google Places lists the Fremont Street address as permanently closed.
