What happened after Food Paradise?
The 2012 episode "Hamburger Paradise 2: The Double-Decker" featured My Brother's Bar, a Denver tavern known for its simple all-beef burgers and fries, served in a no-frills room that plays classical music instead of television. Housed in a 19th-century building near downtown Denver and among the city's oldest continuously operating bars, the family-owned business has long been associated with Beat Generation lore involving Neal Cassady and Jack Kerouac. A check of the bar's website on 2026-09-08 found it live, describing itself as family owned and "a Denver classic," and citing a 2025 Best of Denver readers' choice award for best bar, with online ordering offered for pickup and delivery. Google Places lists the bar as operational.
