What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured Hellenic Republic, a Greek restaurant then located on University Drive in Coral Springs, on its 'Mexican, Mediterranean and Mofongo' episode (aired 2023-03-17). Chef Nikol Zarbalas announced on 2025-01-15 that the restaurant would leave its space at The Walk shopping center, according to Coral Springs Daily, quoting her statement that the move would let the business "continue building our sense of community" and host larger groups. Coral Springs News reported, in a February 2026 article, that the restaurant had reopened under the shortened name Hellenic at 10436 W Atlantic Blvd and was operating in a soft-opening phase, with a full opening expected in the following weeks. The new location's website, orderhellenic.com, returned an active, working ordering page with a server last-modified date of 2026-09-08, and Google's business listing for the Atlantic Boulevard address listed the business as operating on the same date.
