What happened after Kitchen Nightmares?

Jack's Waterfront was a waterfront restaurant in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, purchased by three former bodybuilders, Tammer, Bill, and Scott, when it appeared in the eighth episode of Kitchen Nightmares season 2, airing November 6, 2008. Scott had been effectively sidelined into a silent role, while general manager AJ, who was Tammer's father, ran daily operations despite what the show depicted as limited accountability for the kitchen's problems. Gordon Ramsay, arriving by snowmobile, sampled a crab omelet made with imitation crab, a fish and chips dish he judged rubbery, and an oversweetened salmon preparation. A kitchen inspection turned up risotto that had congealed, over-marinated salmon, dyed tuna, and meat sitting in blood-tinged liquid. Ramsay took the ownership group ice fishing on Lake St. Clair to highlight the availability of local catch, then worked with chef Aaron on a chowder using the fish. After an overnight redesign of the dining room and a new menu, relaunch-week service was slowed because kitchen staff would not follow Aaron's direction until owner Scott stepped in directly. Following Ramsay's visit, the ownership group let general manager AJ go and gave Aaron full control of the kitchen, according to fan-maintained Kitchen Nightmares summaries.
