What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
On Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy Fieri visited Polish Village Cafe in Hamtramck for a menu of Eastern European staples: hand-folded pierogi, stuffed cabbage, potato pancakes, and a cream-based dill pickle soup. The cafe sits in Hamtramck's historically Polish community and operates as a full-service restaurant and bar, with an upstairs event room and the Polka Dot Bar, according to its own website. Checked on 2026-09-08, the business's website showed a working online ordering system, a current menu, and event and catering pages at the same 2990 Yemans St address that Google Places lists in its current listing. The site's title and content match the restaurant's original branding, with no indication of a sale, closure, or rename found in either the Google Places listing or the website content reviewed on 2026-09-08.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
