What happened after Food Paradise?
Big Beef Paradise highlighted Kelsey's Steak & Seafood, spotlighting the kitchen's steak program alongside a seafood menu served in a full-service dining room in Valparaiso, Indiana. The restaurant, styled Kelsey's Steakhouse on its own site, promotes itself as northwest Indiana's steakhouse and offers a kids' menu, gift certificates, and reservations. According to the business's own website, checked 2026-09-08, the site carries a 2026 copyright notice, posts current Sunday dining-room hours, and runs an online reservation and ordering system. The site also lists direct phone numbers for dinner reservations and carry-out orders. Google Places' listing, reviewed the same day, records the Morthland Drive location as operational. Together the two sources show Kelsey's continuing to operate under its long-standing name and steak-and-seafood concept, with no indication of a closure, sale, or rebrand.
