What happened after Food Paradise?
The episode featured a State Fair of Texas venue listed here as Long Star Roadhouse, likely a variant or misspelling of 'Lone Star Roadhouse,' offering bar-and-grill food and drinks somewhere on the fairgrounds. A search for that name did not turn up a confirmed concession or venue operating under it at the Dallas fairgrounds; the closest match found was the Bluebonnet Roadhouse, a beer-garden-style spot near the Chevrolet Main Stage that serves craft beer, wine, and bar food, but its name does not match closely enough to confirm it is the same venue featured in this episode. The State Fair of Texas's own site, checked on 2026-09-09, confirmed the fair's 2026 season is running from September 25 through October 18, but that check did not surface a venue matching this record's name specifically. Because the vendor could not be matched with confidence, this record's identity and current status are being left unresolved rather than guessed.
