What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode featured Tropics at the Fair, a Caribbean-themed bar inside Wisconsin State Fair Park known for palm-thatched décor, tropical cocktails, and reggae-leaning live music. Tropics operates only during the fair's annual run in West Allis rather than as a year-round address. According to wistatefair.com, the fair's own site, checked 2026-09-07, Tropics remains a listed fair location, serving tropical drinks such as the Tropical Tide and Carnival Cooler alongside dishes including Cuban fries, boom boom shrimp tacos, and coconut shrimp. The same listing names live acts King Solomon and Bobby Way as recurring performers at the venue. No independent news coverage or a second dated source confirming this year's operation was found, so the finding rests on the fair's own current listing alone.
