What happened after Food Paradise?
The episode featured the Original Cream Puffs stand, the Wisconsin Bakers Association's long-running cream puff pavilion and one of the Wisconsin State Fair's signature food traditions, selling the fresh whipped-cream pastry the fair has offered for decades. The stand sits on Dairy Lane inside Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, a Milwaukee suburb, and also runs a seasonal Harvest Fair drive-thru offering. According to originalcreampuffs.com, checked 2026-09-09, the site was still promoting the 2026 Wisconsin State Fair, running August 6 through August 16, 2026, describing the cream puff as Wisconsin's most iconic dessert and carrying matching employment and contact pages for that season. A Google Places listing for the business lists an operational status as of the same check, and no source gathered for this record shows any sign of closure or relocation.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
