The restaurant also served classic Italian dishes such as housemade pasta alongside its steakhouse-style grill items. The Corte Madera Chamber of Commerce and Marin County's tourism site both carried listings for the restaurant as a longtime member of the local business community. In 2025 the Della Santina family sold Marin Joe's, its first sale since Adolph Della Santina opened it in 1954, to Chris Henry, a Marin native who owns Barrel House Tavern in Sausalito and Tommy's Joynt in San Francisco.
