Recon visits found servers delivering warm beer and undercooked food, and, more seriously, owner Bill was shown inviting female patrons into the back office and asking them to remove clothing -- behavior the show's producers and on-air host confronted him over directly as inappropriate toward customers. The bar was also cited during the visit for cleanliness issues in the kitchen and bar area and for lacking a functioning point-of-sale system.
