What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Truck Paradise featured Mr. C's, one of the Rutgers University 'grease trucks' known for oversized sandwiches piling fried items like chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, and french fries onto a sub roll. The grease trucks operated as a cluster of trucks parked on a lot on College Avenue in New Brunswick, New Jersey, serving students for decades. Rutgers closed the original College Avenue lot in 2013 to redevelop the site, dispersing the trucks to other locations on campus. According to a Yelp listing updated in March 2026, Mr. C's continues to operate from a new spot on Dudley Road on the university's Cook Campus, and the truck's Instagram account, @mrcsrutgers, remains active.
