Food Truck Paradise featured Potato Champion, a food cart known for Belgian-style fries served with an assortment of dipping sauces, operating inside the Cartopia food cart pod on Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard in Portland's Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood. Cartopia groups several independent food carts around a shared outdoor seating area at a single lot. According to the Cartopia Food Carts website, checked 2026-09-08, Potato Champion is still listed among the pod's current vendors alongside Alexandria Grill, BKK Pad Thai, Burger Ritual, El Brasero, Krazy Cups, and Pyro Pizza.
The site displayed 2026-dated content, posted hours running as late as 11 p.m. on weekends, and an online ordering option. Google Places separately lists the Cartopia Food Carts location as operational. The pod draws a late-night crowd on weekends given its extended hours in the Hawthorne District.
