What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar in the 'Breakfast, Brisket and Belly' episode (aired 2017-12-15), where Guy Fieri sampled chef-owner Jeremy Fall's breakfast burger, Benedict fries, and duck confit hash. Nighthawk was a breakfast-and-cocktail restaurant that stood next door to Venice Charcoal at 417 Washington Boulevard in Venice, known for weekend brunch crowds, according to Yo! Venice. Yo! Venice reported on 2024-04-25 that Nighthawk closed for the winter in late 2023 and never reopened, with the storefront listed for lease. Yelp's page for the restaurant, updated July 2026, still marks it 'CLOSED.' A separate business, Beach and Brew Venice, now occupies a nearby address on the same block but is a different operation, not a continuation of Nighthawk.
