What happened after Best Thing I Ever Ate?
PJ's Family Restaurant is a family-run seafood restaurant on Route 6 in Wellfleet, part of the same Cape Cod tradition of shore-dinner seafood houses that the show's 'Chilled Perfection' episode (S2E13) drew its lineup from. Cape Cod dining guides describe it as a longtime local option for fried and broiled seafood, a fixture of Outer Cape summer visits for decades. According to PJ's own website, the Wellfleet address is currently listed as one of two active PJ's locations on the Cape, alongside a sister restaurant in South Yarmouth. Independent listings on Tripadvisor and Facebook likewise show an active Wellfleet business page rather than a closure notice, though none of the sources reviewed carry an explicit 2026-dated post confirming current hours.
