What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise featured RoliRoti's oak-fired rotisserie chicken and porchetta, roasted on a custom trailer rig outside the San Francisco Ferry Building, in the S11E9 episode 'Food on Fire.' According to the business's website, RoliRoti began in 2002 as a single food truck and has since grown into a rotisserie and catering operation known for bone broth and sous-vide items alongside its spit-roasted meats. A site check on 2026-09-08 found roliroti.com live and responding, with an HTTP last-modified header dated 2026-09-05 and a description of the business as America's '1st gourmet rolling rotisserie.' The site listed a daily menu, weekly truck locations, and a catering and events page. Google Places listed the Ferry Building location as operational on 2026-09-08.
