What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise featured Saloon on Calhoun With Bacon in Brookfield, Wisconsin, in the season 10 episode "Better With Bacon." The business operated as a saloon-style bar and grill on West Capitol Drive. A Google Places listing checked 2026-09-08 marks the business, listed there as Saloon on Calhoun with Bacon, as permanently closed at 17000 W Capitol Dr. The listing does not give a specific closure date, and no independent news report, social media post, or other dated source describing the closure was found during this check. No replacement business at the address was identified. Because the only source located is the Google Places status field, no further detail is available about when the business closed or what, if anything, has taken its place at that Brookfield address.
