What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode highlighted Kegel's Inn's German-style fried chicken alongside its classic tavern fare, fitting the show's look at foods said to taste like chicken. Kegel's Inn is a family-owned German restaurant in West Allis, Wisconsin, operating since 1924, known for its beer garden and Friday fish fry. According to Yelp, whose listing for the restaurant was updated in August 2026 with new photos and reviews, Kegel's Inn continues operating at 5901 W National Ave in West Allis. Google Places lists the business as operational. The restaurant's own domain, kegelsinn.com, appeared in search results with an active online-ordering page hosted via Toast, though a direct check of the site in September 2026 returned an access-blocked response rather than page content, so its content could not be independently confirmed.
